Victor Eka holds a bachelor's degree with honors in history from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, he holds a postgraduate diploma in education from the University of Lagos as well as diplomas from ESSEC and INSEAD in France.

He is the chairman and managing director of Electro Wave Ltd., which is a consulting outfit in small scale enterprise development (training and incubation). The company also imports and markets products in Nigeria.

Since graduating from LEAD he has also formed a waste management company which is currently looking into ways of introducing sustainable waste management in Nigeria.
