Ms. Memon has received a bachelor's degree in Economics (Hons.) from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS). She currently works for LEAD Pakistan as the Program Assistant where her main responsibilities include planning of all training sessions, creating reports, and maintain close contact with the faculty and LEAD associates.

She has proviously worked for Indosuez W.I. Carr Securities as a consultant where she handled feasibility reports, and identification and evaluation of projects.

Ms. Memon has worked on several course projects which dealt with issues such as agriculture and food policy, international finance, and international trade.
