Dr. Grammig has an engineering degree and spent 5 years as a consultant in energy systems before undertaking research on technical assistance programmes. He studied at Ecole les hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales in Paris, from where he gained his doctorate. He is responsible for the Associate selection process at LEAD-Europe, assists in the preparation of the regional residential courses and facilitates cooperation between the Associates.
