With over two decades of experience in developmental communication Aaradhana has made myriad programmes on various subjects for many organizations both government and non-government. She has produced television serials, films, public service messages etc., and her endeavour has always been to make media products, which help create an environment conducive for change. However, women, children and environment are recurring themes!

She is of firm belief that all communication is purposive and essentially about building bridges Communication can and does empower, enable, inform, sensitize and entertain
Aaradhana endeavours to do just that through her films and all other communication materials.

Some of her recent works include a film on the impact of militancy on the environment in Jammu and Kashmir-‘Un Possh teli yeli van posh’ You will get your bread only if the forests last.
