Mr. Sukaedi was one of the Project Manager in the Departement of Environment of PT. SMART Corporation, the largest Palm Oil Industris in Indonesia ( and of the world). He was also have a specialities in Social-Environmental Education in Indonesia that frequently conducting research and consultancy in local people and indegenous knowledge sectors, palm oil industries, public works, and some environmental protection program. He is finishing his Ph.D program major in Population and Environmental Education in Jakarta State University, Indonesia. In 1996, he received his Master degree in Environmental Science, major in Environmental Protection from University of Indonesia. He is very active participating in many environmental management system (ISO14000 Series), national and international seminars as presenters and moderators. He is also a Chief of Environmental Compartment of the Indonesian Small and Medium Enterprise (ISME or AUMI), a Chief of Division of Natural Conservation in Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industries (ICCI or KADIN Indonesia). He is interested in education, environmental science, wastewater management, community based development, public involvement, economics and politics.

Currently he is developing and bulding the networks for Social Responsibility & Environment in Oil Palm Industry as SR&E Project Manager.
