Adolfo CID is Environmental Health Coordinator in Basque Autonomous Goverment (Spain). From 1989 till 1999 he was Head Inspector of hazardous wastes in the same Administration. He obtaind his dipola as a specialist on enviromental and food fields (1989). Later, he achieved his European Master in Environmental Sciences and Enginnering (1993). He is also a research assistant at the University of Basque Country, where he earned his Ph.D. in analytical chemistry (1994).

He has involved in the participation of vaious national and international conferences, seminars and symposia in the field of electroanalytical techniques and electrochemistry, pollution prevention, waste characterization, cleaner technology, ecotoxicology and environmetal chemistry.
