WANG Tianguang is the vice secretary of CPC Mashan County Committee, the captain of Guangxi People's Government Countryside Work Team in Marshan, and the vice president of the audit department of Guangxi Poverty Alleviation Office. Since January 1997, he has been responsible for poverty alleviation work in Marshan County. From 1992 to 1996, he worked in the Poverty Alleviation Office of Gungxi Province and was responsible for auditing the poverty alleviation fund. Prior to that, he taught auditing at the Financial College of Guangxi. He also worked in the Audit Bureau of Guangxi Province. He has a bachelor's degree in agricultural economics from the Zhongnan Finance and Economy University in Wuhan, Hubei Province (1986).
