JIANG ZhiDong is a section officer (deputy reseacher) at Shanghai Municipal Government Construction and management Commission, where she is responsible for researching and drafting policies and regulation concerning city development. Previously with the Shanghai Government for 12 years, she drafted and participated in the creation of numerous regulations and policies concerning environmental protection, residential construction, real estate management, infrastructure development and public service management. Her Bachelor and master of law degree are from the East China Institute of Politics and Law.
