CAO Wendao is Deputy Director in the planning office of the Poverty Alleviation Program, where he implements, coordinates and evaluates programs. He is interested in agricultural issues, sustainable development and natural resources management. He has a bachelor's degree in agronomy from Anhui Agricultural University in China, a master's degree in economics from the People's University in China, and a special diploma in social development from the Coady International Institute in Nova Scotia, Canada.
