Jin Zhiyong, deputy chief of the Department of Personnel and Labor at the State Science and Technology Commission, received a bachelor's degree in Chinese literature. He has served as an engineer with the Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of China, and was deputy chief of management in the department of personnel and labor for the State Science and Technology Department of China. Mr. Jin is interested in scientific and technological advances as well as environmental issues.
