Mr. Thulani Bhengu is a Director for Municipal Planning working in the Department of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs in KwaZulu Natal Province -South Africa. With a master’s degree in Town and Regional Planning he specializes is in Inter-governmental Planning Systems, Strategic Planning and Public Facilitation. He is a registered professional planner with the South African Council for Planners. Over the last ten years he has worked in local and provincial governments.
