I am a Consultant in Public Health working for the NHS employed by Derbyshire County Primary Care Trust (PCT). I have a Masters in Public Health and am a Fellow of the Faculty of Public Health (FFPH).

I provide public health leadership and specialist expertise to the PCT across the range of public health competencies, interpreting, advising on and implementing national and local policies and guidance in order to deliver public health action to improve the health of the population and reduce health inequalities.

My lead areas are substance misuse, the health of older people and public health aspects carbon management / sustainable development.
