Tolulope Ifeoluwa ABARI is the Human Resources Manager for Capitaltrust Investments & Assets Management Limited, Lagos. She started her career with A.P. Moller Maersk Group, Lagos, as a Project Manager and underwent international management training with Maersk International Management School in Denmark between 2004 and 2006. She joined the MTN Nigeria Limited, a telecommunication giant in Nigeria, in 2007 as Internal Rec. Consultant , from where he migrated to his present Organization.

Miss ABARI graduated B.A. English with bias in Semantics and Sociolinguistics from the Lagos State University, Ojoo-Lagos, and had a Postgraduate Diploma specializing in international management education and organizational strategy from Maersk International Management School in Denmark, Sweden. Miss Abari participated in the British Council Interaction Leadership Programme held in Lagos, Nigeria. She possesses a rare sense of initiative and vision that enabled her to design and implement competency-driven performance management model at MTN. She is a member of Accelerated Learning Systems Limited, Nigeria.
