Ms. Aliya Nguyen Agha is currently working for the International Labour Organization, on its first gender specific project. She has also served as a consultant for international organizations, namely DFID and GTZ. She practiced corporate law for over 10 years, prior to joining the development sector. She worked as Economic Advisor with the European Commission Delegation in Pakistan. She facilitated in the preparation of investment guide for Pakistan. Ms. Nguyen holds a masters’ degree in corporate law from University College London, UK. She is a Chevening Scholar and has published articles to her credit, on legal and social issues.
