Currently ARNOLD RICALDE is coordinating several NGO efforts to restore the last river of Mexico City. He is also involved in several NGO networks like the sustainable transportation network, animal protection rights, waste mangment and environmental communication.

Arnold RICALDE was an advisor to the Chair Committee of the Legislative Assembly. He had the responsibility of analyzing and giving opinions of the environmental laws that were presented in Mexico City.

Arnold has also created a non governmental organization in conjunction with other environmentalists called Organi-K. He is currently the director of the organization.

He studied International Relations at the Instituto Teconológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) and he finished his subjects on the year 2000..

Arnold also participated on the Green Party of Mexico from 1994-2004.. From the Green Party he served as the Mexico City youth leader from 1995-1997. He also got involved with the international relations coordinating committee.

RICALDE also participated on the presidential campaign of the year 2000. During that period he also ran for Local Congress on the X District of Mexico City, which he won and afterward chaired the environmental committee.
