Hu Xin, graduated from Zhejiang University in 1999 with a bachelors degree in Computer Science, got his first full time job in WebEx (China)Software Co., Ltd. Hangzhou Branch, working as a software engineer.

In May 2002, he started to work as a volunteer in Edu-aid in YongNing, and in 2005, he started to work as a volunteer in NGOCN (http://www.ngocn.org), and found working in the third sector is his interest. So in Dec 2007, he joined Fuping Development Institute and work as a Program Officer in Center for Civil Society. His main working field is capacity building for grass-roots NGOs and incubating social entrepreneurs.
