Zhou Wentao, graduated from Liaoning University in 2005 with bachelor degree in Physics. During her study in Resources and Management Institute, she obtained excellent scores and some honorable titles such “excellent student cadre”, and “excellent program host”, etc. She has engaged in Environment Protection NGO activities since her early years. During study in college, she was the chairwoman of Liaoning University’s “Liuzhou” Environment Protection Association. She worked in Tongze law firm during the period from July to Dec. 2005. Now she is the department chief of Liaoning Province Environment Protection Volunteer Union. Her main duties include: recruiting and managing members, organizing programs and activities for the members, also responsible for the daily management, finance, programs and composing of basic materials. She her become the department chief, almost 1000 people have become the members of the Union. And each year will hold large scale activates which yielded great effects. She is open minded, warm hearted with good professional qualities and abilities of analyzing and solving problems, and strong sense of participation and spirit of cooperation.
