
Richard joined Lead International in April 2013 as Director of Marketing and Communications. He is a key member of the strategic management team in London, helping to shape the organisation's strategic direction. He brings
strength and experience to the team and new standards of quality to our communications. His main focus is on planning, directing and implementing Lead's marketing and communications strategy.
Richard leads the Marketing and Communications team and is responsible for supporting the whole organisation with high quality communications – internal and external, print and electronic. He ensures our strategic messages are delivered effectively and consistently to all our target audiences. With considerable brand experience gained from working with major, blue-chip organisations, Richard acts as custodian of the Lead brand, ensuring a consistent image for the organisation across all markets.
One of Richard's core strengths is his international track record in launching powerful campaigns for large, complex organisations, reaching decision makers and operating across diverse cultures, languages and media. In addition to his strong commercial background, Richard brings valuable experience in the not for profit sector, having worked with and for several leading charities.
