
Adeline Dumoulin joined LEAD International in September 2012 and she is the Project Manager of the Next Generation Development Programme.
Adeline joined LEAD from Crecer con Futuro, a Spanish NGO based in Seville, Spain. She was responsible for developing an international cooperation programme in Paraguay (Latin America). She worked with Guarani communities in the south of Paraguay, with the aim to improve their condition of life. Based in Crecer con Futuro headquarter in Spain, she spent several months in the field with the community and was in charge of writing, submitting and managing the projects and programme. Before joining Crecer con Futuro, she worked in Mexico and UK for the Latin American Wind Energy Association in the sustainability field. She is also an external consultant for CO2 Engineering, a specialist company to deliver practical and cost-effective solutions for sustainable development, renewable energy systems, energy efficiency & CO2 reduction studies.
Adeline holds a Master of Science in International Relations with focus on International Cooperation and Development from La Sorbonne, Paris (France). Her background as a Project Manager in Development and International Cooperation provides her with a profound understanding of international development issues, political, economic and social context of development work. Adeline has a 4-year experience in international development sector.
