Lee is a consultant, facilitator and International Coach Federation Professional Certified Coach who specialises in leadership development with a focus on personal authenticity, sustainable leadership, ethical leadership and diversity and inclusion. She works with business leaders on developing strategy, business vision and the implementation of key performance indicators and business systems to ensure continued growth and expansion.

Lee works globally with senior and emerging leaders of companies such as, HSBC, Standard Chartered, BP, KPMG, Cap Gemini, Reckitt Benckiser, Comic Relief, Wellcome Trust and The National Trust. She is particularly sought after to help leaders deal with increasingly complex roles, to identify to how to motivate and guide teams, as well as delivering strategic objectives in an ever increasingly complex world. Lee is known as a specialist in running 'development journeys' for business leaders, undertaken in countries such as Spain, Brazil and India, and is an experienced cross-cultural trainer, delivering programmes in the UK, USA, Asia, Middle East, Russia, Africa and Australia.

Lee's BA and MA are in Philosophy and she has qualifications in Coaching from The Newfield Network and The Teleos Leadership Institute. She is a certified practitioner of the Barratt Values Assessment and has completed training in Organisational Constellations, a systemic diagnostic and intervention tool. She is also one of only 16 globally certified GTD (Getting Things Done) trainers and is an Executive Coach for London Business School and the University of Chicago Booth Business School. She is currently studying for a part time MSc at the London School of Economics.
