Aled Thomas

Aled is an independent coach and leadership consultant with over 15 years' experience.

His coaching experience ranges from professional sailing teams to charities in deprived communities in the developing world. He loves the variety of his work and enjoys the challenge of keeping the message simple and easily understood despite cultural or language barriers.

Aled specialises in designing and facilitating bespoke programmes and workshops to explore leadership and build sustainable team performance. He is an accredited Facilitator with the Chartered Management Institute through his work on Oracle's European Management Programme, and is a Business Coach in BP's Global Leadership Faculty. He has significant international experience, and has worked with teams in India, Asia, Africa, USA and Europe.

Aled has led and supported a wide variety of programmes involving cultural change in large organisations, including talent and performance management approaches. He has experience in many industries including Finance & Banking, Pharmaceutical, Oil & Gas, and Technology sectors.

Aled has a Masters Degree in Strategic Human Resource Management and is British Psychological Society accredited.
