
Peter is a leadership development coach and facilitator with over 20 years experience and an international reputation.
His approach is grounded in the experience of leading and training teams in the British Army, in the business world, on the mountains and on the sports field. It blends his practical experience, research and study and the values that have influenced and shaped his own way of life. Peter has a passion for addressing social injustice and in 2010 he founded a charitable trust, Small Acts of Kindness, to support educational projects and women's groups in the war-effected regions of Sri Lanka
During the past 20 years, Peter has worked with teams and leaders around the world. He is an associate of London Business School, The Leadership Foundation for Higher Education (UK) and a member of BP's Global Leadership Faculty. He has worked with many multi-national and blue-chip clients including Astra Zeneca, BP, Mars Inc, Muller-Maersk, Royal Bank of Scotland, Sita, SES Global, SOS Villages and T-Mobile.
Peter is a qualified business performance coach, has a diploma in sports psychology and is trained and accredited in the use of a variety of psychological models. He has published papers in the London Business School Strategy Review on empowerment, delegation and leadership and contributed to a book, The Learning Society.
