The governing body of Lead is our Board of Trustees. They are legally responsible for all of our activities and meet at least four times per year. The Trustees are committed to ensuring that Lead abides by its charitable aims, works within the law and delivers its mission effectively. The day-to-day operational decisions of Lead are delegated to our Chief Executive Officer and senior management team. Lead is a registered charity incorporated as a registered limited company.
